Pick Up: Is between 1pm-2pm (subject to change). I will send you a text to advise you of your specific pick-up time.
Delivery: Is between 2:30pm-5pm (subject to change). I will reach out to you, and we will discuss a good delivery time. If you aren’t present at the time of delivery. Your food will be left outside of your residence.
Cookies Boxes/Bags: Cookie boxes will be shipped every monday orders must be submited by saturday at midnight or else your cookies will be shipped the following monday. If you're in Phoenix, Az your cookies will be delievered to you friday-sunday free of charge. Please select local delivery at check out.
Make sure you're putting in the correct address, apartment number, building number ect. I'm not responsible for lost or stolen packages
Returns and refunds: We do not accept any returned cookies or food due to sanitary reasons! ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Catering: Please contact [email protected] for a catering quote! Please include the date of your event, a number of guest, the time of your event, and what kind of food you desire to have. Once, we have discussed all the details you can secure your catering event on my website. I have a non-refundable deposit of $300 and up so please keep that in mind prior to confirming your event! CATERING DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
Once your catering is officially booked and payments have been received it cannot be cancelled. However, you may change the date of your event.
